Looking for a work-out that yields quick results? Remember, a fast fix is not typically the best fix, To have results that stick, you need to adapt to a healthy lifestyle that works for you. However, we do have some tips for the best work-out results:

- Work Smart.
Do exercises that provide more bang for your buck. If you are going to sweat, work more than one muscle group at a time.

- Change It Up.
Mix up your exercise routine in two ways. Switch what exercises you do instead of repeating the same pattern all the time. Also, change up your speed and difficulty during each exercise.

- Enjoy It!
If you aren’t doing something you enjoy, you are less likely to stick to it. Try activities that don’t feel so much like exercise. Remember, you aren’t limited to your living room or local gym. Get out and try a new activity! Include a friend or even try something competitive to help you forget about the “work” in working out.
